You may request a refund only if:
- You experience technical issues that prevent service activation.
- You contact support within *12 hours* of purchase.
- You provide evidence of the issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds *cannot* be issued in the following cases:
- You change your mind after activation.
- You provide incorrect device or app details.
- Your internet connection is unstable or too slow.
- Your device is not compatible with IPTV apps.
- You lose access because you shared your line/login with others.
- Your ISP blocks IPTV traffic or uses VPN-restricted networks.
- You fail to contact us for technical support.
4. IPTV Line Sharing Policy
Sharing your subscription (M3U, Xtream Codes login, QR code, or portal URL) with multiple devices simultaneously is strictly prohibited. If your line becomes *blocked due to sharing*, no refund can be issued.
5. Technical Support Requirement
Before requesting a refund, customers must allow our support team to attempt troubleshooting. In most cases, issues are related to:
- Incorrect app setup
- Expired app trials (e.g., TiviMate, IBO Player)
- Low internet speed or WiFi signal
- VPN interference
- Device compatibility problems
6. Activation Time
All subscriptions are activated within *5 to 30 minutes*. Refunds are not provided if the customer becomes unresponsive or provides incomplete information.
7. Fraud Prevention
If we detect abuse, chargeback fraud, reselling without authorization, or subscription sharing, we reserve the right to deny refunds and block accounts permanently.
